Jessica wants to add the company values to the site, and is seeking the best place to put them — ideally without adding another item to the menu, which is already quite long. Two placement options were proposed:
At Azure, we often talk about Special Forever. It’s more than a tagline — it’s the standard we set for ourselves. Special Forever is our commitment to creating places that elevate the way people live; places that are aspirational, yet attainable. Places designed to endure.
Act with personal integrity; communicate honestly and constructively; be transparent with each other and all stakeholders; we 'walk the talk'.
Be accountable for our actions; demonstrate enthusiasm for challenges; have a bias for action; meet the standards and expectations of the business; lead and influence positively; acknowledge mistakes; follow through with commitments.
Curiosity is our compass. Encourage and value new ideas; provide constructive feedback; ask “why”, challenge boundaries and the status quo; anticipate obstacles and think ahead; demonstrate initiative; value the ideas of our staff.
We are One Azure working together for a common purpose; by helping others succeed, we succeed; we actively share information and leverage the diverse skills of colleagues to achieve better outcomes.
Think both short and long term; foster business relationships; recognise our obligations to the environment and community; strive to achieve shareholders’ expectations; celebrate successes.
Take responsibility for our people and the environments they work in; foster psychological safety and a learning culture; coach and develop others; act when something isn’t right; share context openly; recognise and celebrate our people; never trade safety for speed.
Dare to try; be comfortable challenging conventional thinking; say yes to opportunity before defaulting to no; go beyond what is comfortable; when we push, we grow. The result will be Special Forever.

A news article was added and the main photo has a play button over the top of it. Jessica would like this removed, and the ability to add either a photo or a video in this section.

The website form is not appearing on the Kin — A Residential Community by Azure page. Jessica has requested assistance getting the form to show on this page.

All of the maps on the website are rendering like the example below (broken/unstyled dark Google map). Jessica has asked for someone to look at and fix this.
